I have nominated this article for deletion. You are welcome to contribute to the discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Harold von Kursk. -- zzuuzz (talk) 03:38, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As stated above, your article is going through the deletion process. It will be monitored for vandalism by Wikipedia editors who patrol page changes for vandalism. --SquidSK (1MClog) 06:29, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello again. I was just want to let you know that your concerns are treated seriously, now we're aware of the situation. It is unfortunate, and these days quite unusual, that this went unnoticed for so long. I basically had a choice between protecting the article, or putting it up for deletion. I believe deletion to be the most appropriate in this case, and as it seems we're all agreed then I'm sure it will be done. The due process is in hand. Feel free to get in touch if there are further problems. I am an administrator so I can block vandals, protect pages and so forth, or at least point you in the right direction. -- zzuuzz (talk) 11:57, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Articles about films

[edit]

After your article is deleted, as I now expect it will be, it would be nice if you could contribute to Wikipedia by writing and editing articles, as long as they aren't about your own projects. I found references on Google to various articles you had written for newspapers, and I think your contributions could make Wikipedia's coverage of film and culture in general a lot better. – Eastmain (talk) 00:35, 14 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Eastmain,

Thank you for deleting my Wikipedoa page. However, I should like to repeat for the tenth time that I am NOT the originator of the page. I have no idea who posted it in the first place. It is obviously the work of someone who read a profile of me in an Italian magazine since the Wikipedia page was posted shortly after that article on me appeared and where I discussed my film projects.

My only contribution to my WIkipedia page was to correct errors and of course to delete the libelous comments by an ex-girlfriend - although I cannot be absolutely sure.

I am so furious at Wikipedia as you can imagine that I would never want to be a part of the process of contributing to Wikipedia unless pages can be protected from sick people posting terrible comments. What is even worse is that Google searches often pick up Wikipedia references and so this might have cost me a great deal in my business activities if someone would have done a search and been led to my Wikipedia page during the time when the sick comments were posted prior to their removal.

I am also disappointed that some of my friends who saw the comments did NOT bother to take them down - perhaps because they didn't know how. But I still cannot believe that it is so easy to post such comments and then one has to practically beg administrators to take a page down even though it has been the subject of horrible vandalism...

Best regards,
