Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Megalomania.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 22:55, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Could you please help me to do this right. My English is rather poor and probably I didn´t understand the right way to upload the images, BiblioteKarin (talk) 23:04, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Megalomania.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Megalomania.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 20:28, 6 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Image:AlbuCoverThisIsPrimitiveHate.jpg

[edit]

I have tagged Image:AlbuCoverThisIsPrimitiveHate.jpg as {{orphaned fairuse}}. In order for the image to be kept at Wikipedia, it must be included in at least one article. If this image is being used as a link target instead of displayed inline, please add {{not orphan}} to the image description page to prevent it being accidentally marked as orphaned again. link. I know this site is frowned upon, but it is pretty accurate on genres. Thank You, Weltanschaunng 19:54, 4 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It doesn't matter what band members say. Motorhead call themselves rock and roll, but it is very much established that they are heavy metal. Weltanschaunng 20:01, 4 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Okey, thats right :) We'll just see what the next release shows... (Le Matinée de Enfer are not yet released.) BiblioteKarin (talk) 20:05, 4 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I give you permission to upload this picture of Frost to the commons, if it's ok with you? Bulgakoff (talk) 06:27, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Album The Perdition EP cover.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by STBotI. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 19:44, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
