[edit]

Hello, BeowulfBrower, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few links to pages you might find helpful:

hello wikipedia why you deleted my all page that has been created by me its unfair with me — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sunilchhimpa95 (talkcontribs) 11:23, 27 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Constitutional Council (Sri Lanka)

[edit]

Hi Please send me the other link of the article that was already there. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Janakacombank (talkcontribs) 06:30, 10 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

There was an error on my part, I assumed that two pages were simply two different translations. Upon closer reading, they were different. I have since edited the grammar and English on your page to make it more readable and contested the deletion for you, my apologies. --BeowulfBrower (talk) 06:39, 10 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Abimukeswarar Temple, Kumbakonam

[edit]

In order to substantiate, three more links were added to Abimukeswarar Temple, Kumbakonam now. Hope this will do. Thanking you for your opinion. Regards. --B Jambulingam (talk) 08:28, 17 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The information from "Mahamaham festival 2014", a Tamil language work on Mahamaham is also given link: "This is one of the 12 Shiva temples connected with Mahamaham festival which happens once in 12 years in Kumbakonam. Other temples are Kasi Viswanathar Temple, Kumbeswarar Temple, Nageswara Temple, Someswarar Temple, Koteeswarar Temple, Kahahasteeswarar Temple, Gowthameswarar Temple, Amirthakalasanathar Temple, Banapuriswarar Temple, Kambatta Visvanathar Temple and Ekambareswarar Temple". I am now collecting source for other temples which are not found in wikipedia and I wish to write on those temples. Regards --B Jambulingam (talk) 08:56, 17 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Mohamed AlHasan Mohamed

[edit]

Mohamed Alhassan Mohamed is a significant person in his own right as a Presidential candidate and leader of a house of worship. Just because he is only significant to you on account of his son foes not mean his is insignificant in either Sudan a nation of several million people or Irving Texas. Just because you are on Wikipedia and parochial does not mean everyone else has to be.RichardBond (talk) 00:25, 19 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

RichardBond, whist I am unsure of what you're attempting to explain here, I belive it would behoove you to read this handy guide on what makes a person notable. Thank you --BeowulfBrower (talk) 00:35, 19 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The North Dallas Gazette is a newspaper not a blog. The article on Mohamed Alhassan Mohamed is about him not his son. The father is not attracting as much attention but he is notable in his own right.RichardBond (talk) 00:40, 19 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry to inform you, but simply declaring that you'll run for president does not constitute notability. Judging by the slew of deletion notices on your talk page, I assume you're familiar with the steps to create an article. --BeowulfBrower (talk) 00:47, 19 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

There is no slew and in many cases when someone suggested deletion it was reversed. I also started the Wikipedia article stub on Yishan Wong for instance. The article in the North Dallas Gazette appeared before the incident around the clock.RichardBond (talk) 01:08, 19 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion declined: European Market Directive

[edit]

Hello BeowulfBrower. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of European Market Directive, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Plausable enough redirect; will do. Thank you. Courcelles (talk) 22:58, 20 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

My pleasure. After watching her perform last night in Berkeley, I had to create the article :) Thanks Altaf (talk) 22:49, 21 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Toddy O'Sullivan, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Cork, Ireland. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Any idea?

[edit]

Hello BeowulfBrower ;-),

Do you perhaps have any idea why this infobox turned out like this? Frankly, I've never had this before. Would help me alot. Bests - LouisAragon (talk) 01:57, 28 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I've fixed it, it was due to a weird order in the list of parameters (death_date and death_cause were flipped). Thank you for asking! BeowulfBrower (talk) 02:05, 28 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Heyyyyy, thanks for the prompt response and aid! I appreciate it. If you ever need assistance or help with something, please dont hesitate to let me know. Bests, and a good night (or day! ;-) ) - LouisAragon (talk) 02:09, 28 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Real name?

[edit]

Beowulf is really your first name? Just wondering. That sounds awesome. Knowledge Battle 02:21, 28 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed it is. It took me 18 years to teach the state of Illinois how to spell it. I finally drew the line when the put "Boewolf" on my license. BeowulfBrower (talk) 02:24, 28 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@BeowulfBrower: Lol, that's messed up. "BEO" ... should've looked at them and been like, "Because BEO totally sounds like the 'E' comes after 'O', ya ****tard!" I would've. X-D Knowledge Battle 06:44, 28 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Djjames88

[edit]

No, this is not a promotional page, it is simply the biography for Morgan Margolis, an actor & CEO of an entertainment company. I modeled his page after Mark Cuban's, another CEO in Entertainment. How would his page be allowed but not Morgan Margolis? I'd really appreciate the help in getting up his bio onto WikipediaDjjames88 (talk) 02:25, 28 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Andreea Bibiri

[edit]

Please, can you help me for grammatical revisions? (Vlad Ungureanu (talk) 02:28, 28 October 2015 (UTC)).[reply]

This isn't an WP:CSD#A7, because it's a word, not a person, animal, event etc. WP:CSD#A11 would be better, but it could be argued that it shows some importance. So I have PRODded it, and will explain why to the author. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 22:51, 28 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you BeowulfBrower for you'r nice reply! :)

Nominating my page 'Jasrangi' for Deletion

[edit]

This article explains about a recently developed Indian Classical Music Style and hence it should be kept. Wikipedia required someone to write a page on this topic. There are several other pages which can be linked to this page and this page serves a wider area of Indian Music.
