(Non-administrator comment) Hi @Beezy Gh:, your requests are being declined because you need to do more than just say that you understand the problem, you need to show that you understand it and won't let it happen again.

Can you read through WP:Guide to appealing blocks then you can write an amended appeal (under my comment if it's easier?). Also, do you have any connection to the person you wrote about?

You need to look at the guidelines for promotional and neutral wording, here are some to get started but they're also in the block notice above. It's a lot to learn, but you're jumping in the deep end by creating articles, so you'll need to address that by learning the ropes:
