Interesting. The domain registration information for orisontv.com isn't consistent with it being in Toronto. It is some sort of non-obvious hoax, where I am guessing that the fraudster is trying to create the Wikipedia page as part of some sort of con game.

Hi Bearcat, I've come across a few edits from an editor named LGNSComms. They don't have a user page or a talk page, and only make edits relating to Nova Scotia, particularly the Lt Gov. Their most recent edits were about the new badge and flag for the LG Nova Scotia. From the user name, I wonder if they are the "Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia Communications" officer or branch?
