Opinion polling graphs

[edit]

Hi! First of all, thank you for your contributions. It should be noted that not every election article needs a polling chart: in some cases, polling is so scarce so as to render any chart meaningless. The number of polls that should be considered may depend on the election, since the rate of publication by the various polling firms may vary greatly, so this should be checked on a case-by-case basis. Secondly, consistency should be achieved between polling charts in a same country. For that case, I can work out any polling chart you wish to create with a predetermined template, so I'll take a look at the Galician and Basque elections. Mapping - Northern Ireland Assembly 2022 Elections

[edit]

Good and clear map. May I suggest instead of "Official Results: Communites" (Communities), the correct word is 'Designations'. Gavin Lisburn (talk) 12:13, 3 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

See the talk section on that page as the official designations are 'nationalist', 'unionist' or 'other' and are only decided on the 1st day of sitting. Gavin Lisburn (talk) 12:17, 3 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Gavin Lisburn Hi! I think that you wrong. I am not the creator of the map, the user who uploaded it was @Talleyrand6. Cheers! :D Basque mapping (talk) 21:15, 4 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hey! Not sure how this little mix-up happened but I am the original maker of the map. On a side not, I uploaded a new version cutting out the "Communities" half of the map, I thought it may have been too much for this. If you think I should read it, I will be every so glad to do so. Best of wishes. Talleyrand6 (talk) 21:46, 4 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hello! if you let me, I would propose you to upload a different version of the map in this case showing the results by communities. :D Basque mapping (talk) 17:32, 6 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Opinion polling for the 2022 Israeli legislative election

[edit]

hey! are you planing on keeping the polling graph for the Opinion polling for the 2022 Israeli legislative election article updated? We were discussing the the talk page whether to keep it or not, and we could only do so if it stays updated, which only you can do. Danido9 (talk) 15:13, 11 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Danido9! Of course I will. In fact I have just updated it. Cheers :D Basque mapping (talk) 15:39, 11 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Basque mapping I'm happy to hear that! and sorry for the bother. if it wasn't clear, I'm very thankful that you changed the graph, I much prefer it to the old one. May I just ask  what's the frequency that you're planning on updating it? Danido9 (talk) 16:05, 11 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hello @Danido9, that will depend on the frecuency the polls are published. I usually wait until the end of the day so that I can update the graph with all the polls of that day. When more polls will start to be published probably I will wait a couple of days. Sadly, I regret to tell you that I will not be able to update it until the end of July and that I am not going to be available daily on August. Hope you have a great summer! :) Basque mapping (talk) 23:07, 15 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:44, 29 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, National Alliance of Workers, Farmers, University Students and Reservists, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three. Right now, all the sources are simple mentions of the organization, not in-depth coverage. And please remember that interviews, as primary sources, do not count towards GNG.(?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.Onel5969 TT me 12:06, 2 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Opinion polling for the next Italian election

[edit]

hello, thank you for your excellent work on the statistics. I have a question, could you please include DSP in the graphical summary as they are polling over 1.5%? Thank you so much! 109.52.71.61 (talk) 16:59, 12 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I'm afraid I'm not going to include DSP. Despite being over 1.5% in the average of polls, they are being included in just three pollsters, which isn't enough. Basque mapping (talk) 21:29, 12 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
