If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on The Community Investment Network, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. MikeWazowski (talk) 21:31, 20 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on The Community Investment Network requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

Hey there, Unfortunately your article fell afoul of our criteria for speedy deletion, in that the article did not state why the network was significant. For more ideas on how to improve your article, why not retry the Articles for Creation process or use another, more established article as a base? For example, look at Amnesty International. You can see how the article has a lead section with details of the establishment's history and sources to back up the claims made there. This is the type of thing you want to emulate. If you have any other problems, come visit me on my talk page. PanydThe muffin is not subtle 14:40, 22 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A kitten for you!

[edit]

Wikipedia can be trying at times, so I'm sending you a kitten with some advice. He says, "I recommend you use the 'Article creation wizard at WP:ACW to create new articles. An even better idea would be to try and expand some old ones first, or add some pictures that you've taken by clicking 'upload' on the left of your screen."

Your draft article, Draft:Tracey Webb

[edit]

Hello, Balisha46. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Tracey Webb".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 08:22, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Timothy McIntosh Jr. has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Biography on an individual that does not appear to pass the WP:GNG or WP:NBIO. The only source currently in the article is the defunct website for the organization he founded. Searching did not turn up any significant coverage in reliable sources on this individual.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
