You suggested that this article be written. I've made a start and filled in a lot of info as i see it from a uk perspective. However you also mention hong-kong in the title you wanted and since your a hong kong resident it would seem sensible for you to check this one over. Plugwash 12:33, 25 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Hello. You have reverted my edit at British passport regarding the visa requirements of Turkey for BNO nationals, providing an alternate resource. However, I have reconfirmed it with the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs that the BNO nationals do require a visa prior to arrival, as stated on the website www.mfa.gov.tr. Furthermore, the resource you have provided also specifies that BNO nationals may only get a visa at arrival if "the passport contains the remark that the holder is resident of Hong Kong". In all other cases, a visa is required. I would appreciate if you could kindly correct this information on the page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.181.24.154 (talk) 00:03, 23 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

But the website www.mfa.gov.tr states BNO can obtain landing visas. I have updated the links. The IATA list also says that BNO can get landing visa as BCs do. I have stated that the arrangement is for HK residents only. Almost all BNOs are HK residents but there are a few cases that BNOs losing their ROA in Hong Kong.BN(O) (talk) 05:04, 26 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Proposed deletion of Hong Kong Fringe Club

[edit]

The article Hong Kong Fringe Club has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

I don't think this article meets the general requirements for notability, seems like a promotional article with only three sources(one seem somehow legit "wining entries of Hong Kong heritage awards," the other one is in Chinese so I have no clue, and the last one is a website that just says welcome.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
