Sources and citations

First I think I should say that I nearly blocked you when you added this as a source. The unsourced text said "Only in the 1990s did the international law on the crime of genocide begin to be enforced." The source you added used the exact same words. That would normally make me think there might be a copyright violation somewhere, but that was obviously not the case. Please look at the source again, I think you'll understand why that looked like WP:VANDALISM rather than a mistake by someone keen to help but, as we all can be at times, careless. The World Heritage Encyclopedia is what we call a WP:MIRROR of Wikipedia. See Wikipedia:Mirrors and forks/Vwxyz. The essay at Wikipedia:Potentially unreliable sources is useful reading. We rarely use blogs, see WP:BLOGS, indeed read the whole page. Then there's your Fellini source.[1] That simply a published copy of our articles, which you might recognise if you look at it closely.
