I have cut the AfC template, replacing it with {{Userpage}}. I recommend this because:
- The AfC template marks it as AfC, even in your userspace, and deleteable under WP:G13.
- I really think you should abandon the notion that this page will be improved to become suitable as an article. It is too much WP:Synth. However, as your “notes”, it is perfectly fine for you to compile sourced information.
I agree with you that you are collecting missing information good for use on Wikipedia. I can easily see this helping you to add selective information to existing articles.
If you want to make a new standalone article, I advise you to make great effort to ensure that the title (which is the scope) clearly reflects multiple reliable publication titles. The article being good, correct, and needed, is not an excuse for original research, WP:Synth specifically.
