Hello. I have no real opinion about the name of this article (corn v maize), though I do think the combination of words you used does not fit with naming conventions. Drive-by means that you are now expecting someone else to clean up nearly 2,000 redirects after you. It's a mess and a considerable amount of work. I would encourage you to revert your move and get more editors involved in the move, as is normally done in the normal non-uncontroversial requested move process.
