The fact was ... that after being sentenced to death for resisting the Romanian military intervention, the Moldavian officer Anatolie Popa was pardoned and offered a position in the Romanian Army? The rehabbed war criminals

Hello, fellow Romanian. I appreciate your contribution to my most recent article, and also your correction of my edit at the Iasi pogrom. I truly deviated from my initial field of work on the Wiki, when I found the cases of Dinulescu and Petrescu. I was gripped. I searched through Google Books to find more such rehabilitated war criminals, and found 15 more, as you saw in my article. But I wonder, is that it? Do you, happen to know more such cases? I could use some help with my new direction of work. I truly think this is a story that needs to be told. Prefectul (talk) 17:57, 15 October 2018 (UTC)

As far as I'm aware, that covers all successful rehabilitations. There are more numerous cases of pardons for war criminals between the mid 50s and 1964 (I think even Dinulescu received one), though those did not account to legal rehabilitations.Anonimu (talk) 08:52, 16 October 2018 (UTC)

Hmmm...I found it weird that there was a hiatus between 2000 and 2004, so I thought I was missing something. Anyway, if that was it, maybe you could help me with some more sources. I'd appreciate at least one more for the journalists, as well as a good English one for Gigurtu. Strangely enough, for Ion G's rehab I only found good sources in German. I found one in English that seemed promising, but it was mashed up: The source called Gheron Netta the 1940 PM who enacted the Nuremberg-style Jewish legislation. Clearly, they got the wrong guy, but their rehabs were less than 1 year apart, so I'd let it slide. One more source for Ion Panescu would also be nice. And I'd also like some pictures, at least one of Dinulescu. Seems odd to me that the "Eichmann of Romania" has no photo at all, on the whole Internet. Prefectul (talk) 10:45, 16 October 2018 (UTC)

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
