This doesn't appear to be a free image that can be used widely on Wikipedia. However as Amos is dead it's use under the non-free content criteria if you don't think there is much chance of finding a copyright free image. You need to add a non free use rationale template like this
{{Non-free use rationale
| Description = A photo of Amos N. Wilson. Original copyright is owned by Afrikan World InfoSystems.
| Source = http://www.blackpowerproductions.com/shop/images/Dr.-Amos-Wilson-Economics-and-Power-DVD9-667.jpg
| Article = Amos N. Wilson
| Portion = Only the Author's photo from the back cover of his own work, "Blueprint for Black Power: A Moral, Political and Economic Imperative for the Twenty-First Century".
| Low resolution = 134 x 185
| Purpose = The purpose for the photograph in this article is to serve as a visual reference for the reader and also as a means of distinguishing the author, scholar and activist from other famous persons who may have the same or similar names.
| Replaceability = This photograph is one the few available images of the author, scholar and activist. This photograph cannot be easily replaced by any other free-use images.
| Other information =
}}
Every field needs to be completed and you can find more information on what to add at Template:Non-free use rationale. I would add that far more pressing is the need to add references to the article on Amos, it has none at the moment which always leaves it vulnerable to deletion.
