I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Alamsher LLC, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. If one has been trained to write such content, or if one has spent some time writing such content, one may simply be blind to non-neutral phrases or styles.
Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted. A common assumption is that the prohibition against promotional editing applies only to businesses or organizations. "Before you start writing, gather a list of indisputably reliable sources that are entirely independent of the person, and that devote significant coverage to the person.
