This does not address your violation of WP:COI and WP:UPE and does not tell us what subject areas you plan to edit instead, now that you know you won't be unblocked to write about Amanda Rome West. Hi there, the issue is you have still not answered the questions that range from "Are you Amanda Rome West yourself?", if you're not her then you cannot use this username and would need one that uniquely identifies you. The one that uniquely identifies you does not need to be your actual name like your name in real life, if could be your nickname or something else but not AmandaRomeWest, since you're not her and she's a supposed musical artist.

Also, if you're not her, were you paid to create and article for her? if you were paid to do that or you know her in person, maybe as a friend, or you were paid by her management to do so, then you have to understand that you have a conflict of interest in Amanda Rome West.

If you have just a conflict of interest and were not paid by anyone, let's say she's your close friend or family member, you MUST disclose this by following the exact steps at WP:DISCLOSE. But if you have both a conflict of interest (I'm sure you know what that means by now), and were also paid, or were just paid (not that you must not exactly have been paid), then you MUST disclose this by exactly following the steps at WP:COIDISCLOSEPAY.

Well, now, this takes us back to where your block stems from. You have to first request a username change, following the instructions in your block notice above. Then, you can now start following the process I highlighted above, disclosing your COI. Your request to be unblocked will not be accepted if you don’t do any of these. You can't use "Amanda Rome West", or any variation thereof, as your account name. This is non-negotiable. You need to choose something that represents you personally.
Her desire for a Wikipedia article is of no interest to anyone here. A person isn't entitled to have a Wikipedia article just because they exist. A person is worthy of inclusion only if they meet the notability criteria.
If your only intention is to create an article for her, it is almost certain that admins will not unblock you. Instead, they will want to commit to editing articles where you have no conflict of interest, so that you can build up a constructive edit history and an understanding of Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. In time, then you may be allowed to indirectly write about her, assuming that she merits inclusion by Wikipedia's standards.
If you're willing to abide by those conditions, then request an unblock using the "unblock-spamun" template as described above; otherwise admins will never notice your request. If you aren't willing to accept these conditions, then please find an alternative outlet that allows the type of writing you want.
