Information icon Hello, I'm Ogress. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Transgender people and religion without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Copying within Wikipedia requires proper attribution

[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Maputo Protocol into Timeline of women's legal rights (other than voting). While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 18:45, 4 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I see you are still not adding the required attribution, as required under the terms of the CC-by-SA license. Please have a look at this edit summary as an example of how it is done. Please leave a message on my talk page if you still don't understand what to do or why we have to do it. Thanks, — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 19:52, 10 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Reference errors on 2 September

[edit]

Hello, I'm ReferenceBot. I have automatically detected that an edit performed by you may have introduced errors in referencing. It is as follows:

Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, ReferenceBot (talk) 00:13, 3 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your contribution at Transgender history. That was an interesting tidbit about #Denmark you added.

I was just wondering if you were planning to create an account. You certainly don't have to, but there are various benefits in doing so. If you decide to, this tutorial might help. Happy editing! Mathglot (talk) 03:57, 26 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed maintenance templates from Ruza Wenclawska. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Please see Help:Maintenance template removal for further information on when maintenance templates should or should not be removed. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Note that lulu.com is a a self-publishing site that is on the MediaWiki:Spam-blacklist. I would be well within the guidelines to remove the entire addition as spam link, but I will let other editors evaluate this. Peaceray (talk) 17:14, 5 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Hélène Cixous has been reverted.
Your edit here to Hélène Cixous was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://artandobjecthood.files.wordpress.com/2012/06/cixous_the_laugh_of_the_medusa.pdf) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 18:49, 7 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, please ignore this notice.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Constructive contributions are appreciated, but, in this edit to Valpuri Urpiainen, you removed Articles for deletion notices from articles or removed other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates. This makes it difficult to establish consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 18:52, 19 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Please see talk page section Large scale copying from other articles regarding your recent changes to the Drag queen article. Cordially, Mathglot (talk) 20:17, 2 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Your latest updates to the article resolved the issues noted earlier, and are a significant improvement to the article; good job.
On another topic: I see that you're still fairly new, but have been around for over a year, now. There are a number of advantages of creating an account here with your own username, have you considered doing so? In any case, welcome, and thanks for your contributions to Wikipedia. I hope you decide to stay. Mathglot (talk) 08:49, 6 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm TJH2018. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Birth control movement in the United States, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you.
