In accordance with our policy that Articles for Creation is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. Care for friends moved to draftspace

Thanks for your contributions to Care for friends. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and The author also states "start draft" so I think they meant it to be here at first. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
