Wikipedia and copyright

Hello 1998Miki, and welcome to Wikipedia. While we appreciate your contributing to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from your sources to avoid copyright or plagiarism issues here.

The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Thank you for your article about the Liberation of Tirana. It seems that this might be a good candidate for a merger, to give background about the events.... and to give greater detail in the other article about the actual liberation. In other words, there would be greater context for the information.
