Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Imran Mahmudul, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Information icon Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to Motionless in White, without providing a source or establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you. - FlightTime (open channel) 00:44, 28 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I've moved your contribution to draft space

[edit]

Hi, I moved your material on Bihari to Draft:Zafaruddin Bihari, as it was in the wrong domain. It is not yet an article on Wikipedia; to create it as as an article you will need to submit it to Articles for Creation by clicking the blue button now at the top of the draft.

I have cleaned up the spacing of the article. I suggest that before submitting your draft you clean it up further by adding some useful citations within the text. You can use the edit bar at the top of the editing window -- click "Cite" and choose within the "Templates" drop-down window and fill out the relevant fields. Also, read WP:CITE for more information.

The draft is a bit long and unwieldy. If there is anything you can do to shorten it or tidy it up, please do so -- that will help it get accepted by reviewing editors.

If you create a Wikipedia user account, you can do The Wikipedia Adventure, which is very helpful to learn Wikipedia editing, and you can use a personal sandbox for drafting text.

Best of luck. Softlavender (talk) 18:56, 25 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. However, please do not use unreliable sources such as blogs, your own website, websites and publications with a poor reputation for checking the facts or with no editorial oversight, expressing views that are widely acknowledged as extremist, that are promotional in nature, or that rely heavily on rumors and personal opinions, as one of Wikipedia's core policies is that contributions must be verifiable through reliable sources, preferably using inline citations. If you require further assistance, please look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia, or ask at the Teahouse. Thank you. PohranicniStraze (talk) 07:17, 28 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Hussain Ahmed Madani, you may be blocked from editing. Hockeycatcat (talk) 11:04, 29 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unreferenced controversial biographical content to articles or any other Wikipedia page, as you did with this edit to Hussain Ahmed Madani. Stop icon You have been reported for vandalism. Hockeycatcat (talk) 11:06, 29 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Hockeycatcat (talk) 11:10, 29 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Oshwah. I noticed that in this edit to Sahih al-Bukhari, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 12:23, 21 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Maulana Hashmat Ali Khan Lucknowi requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://www.taajushshariah.com/HUjjatul%20Islam.htm. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
