In terms of your article, there are two large issues. First, that the article as written is somewhat not written in a Neutral or Encyclopedic point of view, describing one of the properties as the most intimate is an opinion... Secondly, the references given are using the proper Wikitext mockup. See Help:Referencing for beginners. Still reads like an ad. Remove the separate headings for locations. A simple sentence giving the locations is sufficient. WP does not deal in "futures", but again a single sentence about plans to open in X and Y is enough. You can't use Pinterest as a source - it's a personal space, not a news source. Your sources are not strong - you need articles in major business journals (not just trade journals) and newspapers.
