Speedy deletion nomination of File:Babak zanjani.jpeg[edit]

A tag has been placed on File:Babak zanjani.jpeg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. I can not delete any pictures, maybe an administrator did that. Anyway, Wikipedia prohibits editing with conflict of interest, which applies to you when you edit an article about yourself.
