Frequently the Edit Summary Search tool has search problems. For example, this edit summary search did not see edits like Special:Diff/1233301746/1238634077 of which there are over 2,000 with the summary string "WP:URLREQ#fhwa.dot.gov". I tried searching on simplified strings like "fhwa", or changing the date ranges, with no luck. Sometimes it works, like "WP:URLREQ#businessinsider.com.au" can be found with this search. These two searches are almost identical in character, one works the other does not.

The searches are now working. Not sure if this was due to a change in the software, or a backend delay, such as replication server. -- GreenC 15:53, 14 August 2024 (UTC)

AfD stats

AfD stats does not want to connect to the database for some reason. Can't connect to MySQL server on 'enwiki.web.db.svc.wikimedia.cloud' ([Errno -3] Temporary failure in name resolution. Would you be so kind to take a look? Thanks, Polygnotus (talk) 13:28, 23 August 2024 (UTC)
