Articles for deletion nomination of Mason Moore
I have nominated Mason Moore, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mason Moore. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Orphaned non-free media (File:Firstsource_Logo.gif)
Thanks for uploading File:Firstsource_Logo.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Melesse (talk) 21:12, 23 April 2010 (UTC)

Hi.I got your mail. I am actually on an extended wikibreak these days, but will definitely help you in any way I can. However, it isnt clear to me whose dargah you are referring to. Hazrat Nizamuddin dargah is in Delhi. Are you referring to this dargah? The saint in question doesnt seem to have a wikipedia article. If this is true then I suggest you start an article on him first, before starting an article on his dargah Regards-Shahab (talk) 13:01, 26 July 2010 (UTC)

Mayville, Oregon and Mayger, Oregon
I noticed that you added the refimprove template to the articles Mayville, Oregon and Mayger, Oregon. Though there is only one reference, I believe that all of the information in the articles is covered by it. Could you tell me what information you believe is unreferenced?--E♴ (talk) 02:30, 31 August 2010 (UTC)
- Hi, Though you are more aware & informed about these locations i.e. Mayville, Oregon and Mayger, Oregon, but when i observed the article first, i thought it was sufficient in its sense, but i inserted 2 tags, {{expand}} & {{refimprove}}. The reason for both is that article is not of sufficient length to explain about its notability. and the reference you provided http://oregon.hometownlocator.com/or/Gilliam/Mayville.cfm is a sort of indexing service, just stating about location of that place just like google maps etc. I think, the places should have more references which may represent about their presence like we did in articles of location like cities, towns etc. References like official website of location or any administration related stuff is good choice. Even if we add more ref. it could be beneficial for article. So I felt that both article & ref should be improved & expanded. I didn't tagged it for {{unreferenced}} instead applied for {{refimprove}). ( Abu Torsam 19:35, 31 August 2010 (UTC))
- Okay, I understand. --E♴ (talk) 19:46, 31 August 2010 (UTC)
Hey, we should not tag an article about school for speedy deletion by the criteria A7. See this discussion. Cheers, Vipinhari || talk 17:26, 7 September 2010 (UTC)
- Hi Buddy, Yes you are absolutely right. I have gone through A7 & discussion, but when i was tagging the article i was bit confused about which criterion to use. So i thought of putting CSD#A7, reason is i thought if i placed the wrong tag, it might be checked by admin & he will act by palcing right tag. & as a result the article has finally deleted via A3 by User:Kinu .( Abu Torsam 08:13, 8 September 2010 (UTC))
Your spelling "corrections" were wrong.
Please do not attempt to correct spellings when you do not know the correct spellings and when you are unwilling to research the spellings to see if they are correct or not. Your attempted "corrections" to List of townlands in County Westmeath were wrong and have been reverted to their proper state. --O'Dea (talk) 17:31, 7 September 2010 (UTC)
- No issue buddy, i checked up spellings before committing edits, i searched net, but met with an unpredictable error.( Abu Torsam 17:45, 7 September 2010 (UTC))
- I beg to differ: there was an issue, the spellings you put in were wrong and I had to correct them. I don't understand what you mean by 'unpredictable error': that is vague and unclear. --O'Dea (talk) 17:48, 7 September 2010 (UTC)
Before tagging an article for speedy deletion, it is usually a good idea to check the article's history first. The Hills Grammar School was in a vandalized state when you tagged it, but I reverted to a good version. Cheers, Deli nk (talk) 10:24, 10 September 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, you are right, actually when i looked up last 2 edits it seemed to be non-vandalized, as my net connection was facing issues, So i tagged it in wrong way, Thanks for showing up my mistake & reverting article to a good version, I will keep this thing in mind.( Abu Torsam 10:30, 10 September 2010 (UTC))

edits to Tramwaje Warszawskie
the wording of the article right now indicates that the company Tramwaje Warszawskie Sp. z.o.o is a part of the Warsaw Transport Authority, that is incorrect. the Warsaw Transport Authority is a body of the local government of Warsaw, repsonsible for organizing the city's public transport system [1], in order to do this it, purcheses the services of a number of companies, including the municipial companies operating the city's single subway line, streetcar network along with the rolling stock, trains running on the national rail system and city buses, the Transport Authority also purches the services of several private bus companies and rail companies owned by other local government entities. the company Tramwaje Warszawskie sp. z.o.o. is presently owned by the city of Warsaw, it is not in any way a part the Warsaw Transit Authority —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.76.33.76 (talk) 21:16, 17 September 2010 (UTC)

October 2010
- Hello Buddy, The edit in TSS about Terror Street Squad, was totally coincidental, i was instead trying to revert vandalism done by earlier user, I was using automated tool for that, As when i looked upon the edit, it was stating "Est. AD 2007. An elite paramilitary organisation renowned for violence, acts of intimadation towards the elderly, possession of narcotic paraphernalia, random acts of vandalism, facebook stalking/raping and other general hood antics. Last known whereabouts Dublin, Ireland." a sort of organisation, so considering it to be a part of TSS. As i discussed on Wikipedia:IRC, My intention was not to be making changes in that page, but to revert a wrong edit. Yes, i do accept, that later i realized that i it was on WP:D and so my edit was inaccurate, since i was using tool, the page as a whole was not visible, i should have gone through article or page history, But if this is the case TSS contains many statements or direct to page which are not actually internal links, but just a statement like the one which i reverted for example: Fitness/Sports (without any citations), Temp Subscription Service, Terminal Screensaver etc.( Abu Torsam 05:36, 1 October 2010 (UTC))
- I apologize, I partially misread the the listing. I will hide the notice. If you wish to reintroduce information about the TSS, I would suggest creating an article provided sufficient Notability. Samuell Lift me up or put me down 20:21, 1 October 2010 (UTC)

I removed your speedy request from this article as schools are specifically excluded from the A7 criteria. Please make sure you aware of the full criteria listed at WP:CSD and not just the abbreviated criteria listed in Twinkle before tagging articles. Thank you. Dpmuk (talk) 19:30, 9 October 2010 (UTC)
- I am aware about exclusion of schools from A7 criterion as per WP:CSD & not only taking abbreviations criterion listed on Twinkle. but my main intention is to give it a deletion tag with appropriate identity &/or nearly feasible identity. I could have given it A1 tag, but after I have communicated with few admins on irc channels, they stated me though the tag which i placed i.e. A7 is wrong, but in case the article which is not notable(no identity in third part reliable sources), or just a mere statement like in Special Science Senior Secondary School, Makurdi, Benue State. It is acceptable from admin side, if they change the logs during deletion. The case has been observed by me in past & admins use to check this up as per their operating protocols and finally article got deleted. Thank you.( Abu Torsam 00:57, 10 October 2010 (UTC))
- Whether it is acceptable to admins or not is irrelevant - it's whether it's acceptable to the community that's important. Admins are only there to do the will for the community and at the moment there is no consensus for speedy deletion of articles like this. Speedy deletions are meant to be unambiguous as to whether they should be deleted. The reason the admin who has now deleted this gave is that it was a "single sentence provides no encyclopaedic value" which by it's very nature is a subjective opinion that should have been made by the community not a single admin. I also believe the admin erred in that our deletion policy states that were there is doubt that speedy deletion criteria apply other routes should normally be followed, something clearly not done here. I will be raising these issue with the admin in question. Dpmuk (talk) 15:31, 10 October 2010 (UTC)

- One simple question then - how do you know it was acceptable to the community - where was this extensive discussion? Dpmuk (talk) 20:19, 10 October 2010 (UTC)
- You need to first reply my question, & then i will be telling yours. Also Admin. has already cleared up all queries of your mind, So i don't think its still a matter of discussion(involving time of others), after article has been deleted, if you care a lot for that article please proceed in creating a new one, i will be helping you on that. Dear Abu I am Yatin Garg, the author for this article: http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/PCTE_Group_of_Institutes
I am thankful for you going through the article and reviewing it.
However, I am sorry, I couldnt understand the basis on which it flaged as advertisement when I have mentioned each and every reliable source which says the same as I have depicted here. These sources are links on various National Dailies like Tribune, Hindustan Times and Indian Express and other reliable sources.
There is a fair possibility that I might have not understood the policy. If it is not very inconvenient, will you be kind enough to help me with in this regard?
I shall be highly grateful.

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Aegis Limited, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.borderlessoutsourcing.com/ch_news_list.php?channel=2.
It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.
If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) Speedy deletion nomination of Aegis Limited
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Aegis Limited requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Copyright issues on Aegis
I know copyright issues are complicated, so feel free to ask questions as you get the hang of it. The press release is indeed copyrighted. In fact, pretty much everything is copyrighted unless the author explicitly says otherwise. You're right that Aegis intended it to be redistributed. However, that isn't enough for Wikipedia. We need it under a license that is compatible with ours, the Creative Commons Attribution/Share-Alike License 3.0. To get an idea why, you should realize that Aegis probably didn't want people modifying their press release. However, we have to be able to modify all the text on Wikipedia.
Separately, Wikipedia articles are supposed to follow a neutral point of view. So a press release (even with an appropriate license) probably wouldn't be a good start, because they're usually biased towards the company. I hope this clears things up. Superm401 - Talk 18:41, 22 October 2010 (UTC)
