Jerry Villarosa Behimino (born October 9, 1976) is a U.S. Navy civilian employee with Filipino roots, known for his 25 years of US Federal government service and currently with Commander, Naval Forces Japan/Commander, Navy Region Japan (CNFJ/CNRJ).
Early Life
[edit]Jerry Behimino was born October 9 1976, to American-Filipino parents from Victorias, Negros Occidental, and Sara, Iloilo, Philippines. He grew up in a culturally rich environment that emphasized education and community values. His wife, who hails from Koronadal City, South Cotabato, shares his deep connection to their Filipino heritage.
Behimino pursued his early education in the Philippines before moving abroad, where he later continued his studies, culminating in a bachelor's degree in liberal arts from Excelsior University in 2020. His formative years were marked by a strong emphasis on discipline and service, which eventually shaped his 25-year career with the U.S. Navy as a civilian employee.
