Deletion of Article

I am wanting to request the delete of the article Vic Ramono as it is about a character whose history is not delved into deeply of in the show MXC, and also the name of the character is spelled wrong. The article has only one sentence, which pretty much sums him up. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Tinkleheimer (talkcontribs).

To delete a page, you can follow the directions at either WP:PROD or WP:AFD. —Wknight94 (talk) 17:53, 16 December 2006 (UTC)

Hello, Tinkleheimer. An automated process has found and removed an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, and thus is being used under fair use that was in your userspace. The image (Image:Gail Simmons w Tom Colicchio.jpg) was found at the following location: User:Tinkleheimer/TC1. This image or media was attempted to be removed per criterion number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media was replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. Please find a free image or media to replace it with, and or remove the image from your userspace. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 04:57, 16 May 2007 (UTC)

Hello Tinkleheimer, an automated process has found an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, such as fair use. The image (Image:Gail Simmons w Tom Colicchio.jpg) was found at the following location: User:Tinkleheimer/TC2. This image or media will be removed per statement number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media will be replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. The image that was replaced will not be automatically deleted, but it could be deleted at a later date. Articles using the same image should not be affected by my edits. I ask you to please not re-add the image to your userpage and could consider finding a replacement image licensed under either the Creative Commons or GFDL license or released to the public domain. Please note that it is possible that the image on your page is included vie a template or usebox. In that case, please find a free image for the template or userbox. Thanks for your attention and cooperation. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 12:09, 19 May 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading Image:Sheargenius_photo_cast_20.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the GFDL-self-no-disclaimers tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as article name or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 03:49, 28 May 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Iamunknown 03:49, 28 May 2007 (UTC)

Hi Tinkleheimer, currently this image is tagged as a non-free logo, which it does not appear to be so. Further, no source is provided. Hence I tagged it as such. --Iamunknown 03:50, 28 May 2007 (UTC)

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Image:Sheargenius photo cast 20.jpg, by Iamunknown, another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Image:Sheargenius photo cast 20.jpg is an image with a clearly invalid fair use tag; or it is an image that fails some part of the non-free content criteria and the uploader has been given 48 hours' notification (for images uploaded after 2006-07-13) or seven days' notification (for images uploaded before that date). (CSD I7).

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Image:Sheargenius photo cast 20.jpg, please affix the template hangon to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Please note, this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Image:Sheargenius photo cast 20.jpg itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. --Android Mouse Bot 2 23:47, 3 June 2007 (UTC)

Reverting

The IP is making a point about a conversation which was irrelevant to the subject of the page, and the IP was blocked for it for a week. See this edit. Also, please assume good faith upon why I reverted the edit, since Wikipedia isn't a battleground. Thanks. Miranda 21:39, 12 August 2007 (UTC)

FYI, your signature isn't clickable. You might want to try something more like this instead:
<span style="color:green">Trevor "Tinkleheimer" Haworth</span>
which will work like this: Trevor "Tinkleheimer" Haworth
or you could even use this:
<span style="color:green">Trevor</span> <span style="color:green">"Tinkleheimer"</span> <span style="color:green">Haworth</span>
which would give you this: Trevor "Tinkleheimer" Haworth
(Note: "Tinkleheimer" is only bold and unclickable because we're on your talk page, elsewhere it would work like the rest and send people to this talk page.)
Hope that helps. -- HiEv 02:45, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

Hi Tinkleheimer. I deleted the article as it failed to assert the importance/significance of the subject - it did not say why that site is more notable than any of a million websites out there ("Many viewers" could mean 10 for instance). The best way to do this is provide references to reliable third party sources (e.g. news sites, but not forums or blogs) which have written about the subject. пﮟოьεԻ 57 19:44, 18 October 2007 (UTC)

Tacktoo.

Thanks. I wish I had a real gas mask at this time as I am about to evacuate due to fires. The image is a modern-day Jolly Roger. It is used as a signature by Chet Zar and he was gracious enough to resize it for my arm, however the actual ink was done by a different artist. The day it was done it looked like this. The image used can be found here. the_undertow talk 21:47, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

Body Destruction

I really like the industrial, I was thinking of getting one myself. If it's anything like when my eyebrow was done, it's going to be a bitch to heal. The fact that it's done with a hollow needle freaks me out and it's TWICE the pain. If you do it, I'll get it done, but you first man. I have 13 tacks right now, and maybe I'll get a few more. As an accountant, I get somewhat self-conscious, but I'm going to grad school, so I'll probably fit in again, haha. I really like the fish design. Have you thought about inverting it? I think the inversion would bring about a really good use of thick, black ink. the_undertow talk 06:53, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Top design cast 01.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Top design cast 01.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 17:04, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
