Aamir Ayub Khan

Aamir Ayub[1] is an MS Scholar specializing in Journalism and Mass Communication with a focus on Media Studies was born in Charsadda[2], Pakistan on 12th, April 1993. He perused his early education from same city in Government High School Charsadda Khas. In his early age he started struggling to support his family and his education by working in a small shoes making shop. After that he joined electrician field with his father Muhammad Ayub Khan. Aamir Ayub Known as Aamir Khan in the media field is currently pursuing a pathway to a PhD. His primary research interest lies in the dynamic and evolving field of Human-AI Communication, Communication in digital era, Discourse on Films (cultural and ethnic representations), restrictions in freedom of speech, trauma and psychological hardships in journalism.

Over the years, Khan has accumulated diverse experience in the media industry. he has worked as a host, actor, and model for various TV channels, bringing stories and entertainment to life on screen. His notable works have been praised on Pakistan Television[3] as an actor. He performed in verious plays which includes; "Ek Shamma Apny Hissy Ki"[4] directed and produced by Mr. Qazi Junaid Naseer, aired on PTV. His other plays includes "Khwab Ek Sahara Hai" a Hindko Series "Ishq", and also performed on Kay2 TV (AVT Group of Channels) in a weekly entertainment show "Dis Mental". Aamir Ayub also has the experience of Live theatre, and shows hosting. His work extends to radio, where he has served as a program presenter and political analyst on FM91.6 Radio Tehzeeb[5] [6]and FM88 Abaseen Radio Network[7][8]. Additionally, Aamir has contributed numerous articles to the Daily Times newspaper which includes "CPEC to bring Industrial revolution in Pakistan"[9], "We are on the way to ancient era in modern form"[10] and "Democracy vs Country: A Blame Game Among Pakistan's Political Parties"[11]. He also wrote for the digital media platform TNN.

In academia, Aamir had the privilege of serving as a visiting faculty member in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Peshawar[12], Pakistan, where he imparted knowledge and inspired the next generation of media professionals.

Aamir Ayub has recently published a research on "Representation of Pashtuns in context of terrorism: a comparative study of Bollywood and Lollywood movies after 9/11" in the Journal of Asian Development Studies.[13]

Aamir Ayub also takes public sessions for motivating the youth from his inspiring life and struggles.[14][15][16]
