Hello and welcome to Wikipedia!
Here are some tips to help you get started:
- If you haven't already, please add your name to the new user log to let others know a little about yourself.
- Read the Tutorial, and feel free to experiment in the Sandbox.
- Eventually, you might want to read the Manual of Style and Policies and Guidelines.
- If you need help, post a question at the Help Desk or ask me on my talk page.
- Explore, be bold in editing pages, and, most importantly, have fun!
Good luck!
Jrdioko
P.S. One last helpful hint. To sign your posts like I did above (on talk pages, for example) use the '~' symbol. To insert just your name, type ~~~ (3 tildes), or, to insert your name and timestamp, use ~~~~ (4 tildes).
Moved WWI Aviation
[edit]No offense, but I moved WWI Aviation to World War I Aviation, which seemed like a better title for an interesting article. (The old title still works as a redirect.) Just letting you know so you can change the link on your User page. RussBlau 18:01, 23 Mar 2005 (UTC)

[edit]Hi Franks - When a page has been noted as a possible copyright violation, you should not remove the notice. If you want to submit a revised version of the article, you should do so on a temporary subpage. As you've correctly surmised, it's the direct copying of the text that you identify as "the info section" that is the first problem.
All material submitted to Wikipedia must be available under the GFDL licence, or another copyright licence that is compatible with it. This is because Wikipedia is intended to be a free resource that anyone is allowed to copy for any purpose. That means that (for example) if someone wants to extract all the aircraft articles from Wikipedia, compile them into a CD-ROM or even a printed book, and sell them for profit, they're perfectly allowed to do so. This is why we can't be supplying other people's copyrighted text - the owner of the material must be happy not only for Wikipedia to use the material, but for anyone, anywhere to use the material for whatever they like.
At the end of the day, in this particular instance, it's only two sentences of text. Surely you can rewrite this in your own words?
The photos are more problematic - Italian photographs are protected by copyright for 70 years after the death of the photographer, or for 70 years after first publication in the case of a photo that is first published anonymously. If these two photos were originally published anonymously, or if the person who took them died before 1935, then there's no problem - do you have any way of checking this? --Rlandmann 7 July 2005 23:38 (UTC)
List of World War I flying aces
[edit]Hi,
I just thought i'd inform you that i've added a template to the United Kingdom section in an attempt to make that section look easier on the eye. Hopefully you like it. If so, do you want templates for the other sections?
Take care, SoLando 18:16, 9 September 2005 (UTC)
- Good, i'm glad :-) Well, i'll start on a template for Canada soon (looks complete, though I'll check "The Aeredrome" site to check). I have way too many articles half-finished right now :-( Anyway, great work on the list. I'd really appreciate any help you can give :-)

I just wanted to thank you for your very helpful and forthright attitude in editing this article. Many people find my habit of reverting good-faith edits I disagree with to be rather boorish, which I'm sorry for- it's not my intent. I just want you to know that I greatly appreciate your not taking it personally and discussing the matter civilly to a beneficial conclusion. Keep it up! :-) ⟳ausa کui × 10:25, 20 October 2005 (UTC)
Dude stop assuming that all these people are white based of facial characteristics that is plain racsim. Just because many people in Greece today are white hod do you know that was the case 2000+ years ago (unsigned by User:Jmac800)
- This is your own method of determining race, which I'm criticizing. If you agree it is racism then stop editing articles using this criteria. FranksValli 18:42, 23 October 2005 (UTC)
So you are bnasically tring to call me a liar. All of the people who I have claimed were black O have provided resources. There are plenty of people who assert Beethoven(Moor) and SS was black. Even the british government confirmed this in its muesuem.

Great job with the Infobox
[edit]The first barnstar I've given anyone, for taking the time to politely contact me when you spotted my bitching, having the open-mindedness and patience to read through my pages of criticism, and making the changes Template:Infobox Philosopher so desperately needed, all in a much more civil tone than I'll ever be capable of. Re: Wikipedia e-mail (ip:4.79.137.123)
[edit]I'm sorry that you got blocked as a side effect. There is an open proxy at [1] which uses that IP address. Such proxies are routinely blocked due to abuse. Unfortunately, blocks on a IP address also affect logged in users. I have unblocked the IP address; it can be temporarily blocked again later if needed. Of course, it would be best if the open proxy were closed or configured to not be able to edit Wikipedia. --cesarb 22:52, 10 November 2005 (UTC)
Hey. That anon who keeps reverting... well, does he have a point with the birth date? Where did you get November from? On the picture he's wrong. In any case, thanks for fixing the box. gren グレン 21:16, 16 November 2005 (UTC)
- Hi - I'm not sure the anon user has a point, but I found the dates on an Encyclopedia Brittanica article on Ibn Hazm. I left a note on the anonymous user's page to discuss this on Talk:Ibn Hazm. Thanks for helping revert - hopefully we can get this sorted out! --FranksValli 21:45, 16 November 2005 (UTC)
We have a content dispute issue. Please comment on the talk page. This message is being sent out to everyone who didn't vote Delete in the last TfD of the template, ie: User:SimonP User:Jules.lt User:Pjacobi User:thames User:Michael User:Christopherparham User:FranksValli User:Silence User:Andymussell User:Moosh88 User:Rick Norwood User:Izehar
It's not so much a content dispute (that's been ongoing, and will continue to go on, regardless) as it is a fight over the title and tag name of the template. I think the two should be identical, for simplicity's sake. Also, "Philosophy Quick Topic Guide" is easier to refer to than "that box with 'Philosophy' at the top of it". Please help resolve this issue. Go for it! 01:47, 25 November 2005 (UTC)
Urgent deletion issue
[edit]Hi, I created the Philosophy (navigation) template, and I voted for saving it too (as an IP). However, when I duplicated the template to adopt a new tag name, Infinity0 had a cow. We've been in an edit war since I started the template, and we escalated our battle to TfD, which was a big mistake, for now the whole project (both templates) is at risk because some people are voting to delete both. Meanwhile Infinity0 and I are voting to delete each other's TfD candidates, ironically pushing the delete votes for both templates into the majority. We need your help. Neither of us want both templates to die.
Here are the reasons to choose the "Philosophy Quick Topic Guide" tag:
- Both templates are identical, as changes are ported after each round of disputes, to keep them that way. We've nearly come to a compromise on the few edits that we are still at odds over, but Infinity0 is one stubborn kid. Our competition has improved the template continuously, which is a good thing.
- The conversion of the old tag to the new tag is complete.
- The new tag has placement in Wikipedia articles. It is hooked in to the top level of the Philosophy hierarchy, and then some.
- The old tag has virtually no placement in any Wikipedia articles. It's discussion page link sits on a bunch of users' talk pages, and that's about it. And since I placed most of the old tags, it didn't seem out of place for me to upgrade them.
- Since the content of the templates are identical, and the fact that jousting will continue on whichever template wins, it makes sense to vote for the one that maintains the project's presence on Wikipedia.
Please vote to save the template: click here. For further discussions click here
Go for it! 04:02, 26 November 2005 (UTC)

Silence removed the philosopher infobox and I reverted. I don't particularly care about the issue but I found the move to be too abrupt for a user that didn't edit the article. If you agree that it should be removed I have no problem with that, but I feel you should be able to weigh in. Could you go to the talk page and give your opinion on the matter? Thanks. gren グレン 10:40, 14 December 2005 (UTC)
Hermann Göring photo and reference
[edit]i don't view this humorful use of a Nazi appropriate (that was your intent, humor, no?).
a similarly poor choice would be Hitler. unless you were South Park and using hyperbole to make a point. but certainly not when attempting to be a mediator, editor, etc. of high regard.
otherwise a nice page....best. (user: only visited from Chomsky photo link; won't likely return.)
- There are very few things in the world that are inoffensive to everyone, and I'm sorry this one offended you. More importantly though, when something is out of bounds in humour, it gives that something a certain power and reverance. For instance, you might refrain from telling a religious joke because of a certain reverance - in doing so you acknowledge its power. The Nazis don't deserve this reverence. To refrain from telling jokes about them sets them apart from everything else and gives them power. To tell jokes about them is to bring them down on the level, or even sub-level, where they belong. I take what the Nazi's did very seriously, as it could happen again. As for the Nazi's themselves, I have never taken them seriously. FranksValli 13:52, 18 December 2005 (UTC)

Image Tagging for Image:Fokker_D.VIII.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Fokker_D.VIII.jpg. The image page currently doesn't specify who created the image, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created the image yourself then you need to indicate why we have the right to use the image on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the image yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the image also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture then you can use {{GFDL}} to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the image qualifies under Wikipedia's fair use guidelines, please read fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use. If you want the image to be deleted, tag it as {{db-unksource}}.
If you have uploaded other images, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of image pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion.

[edit]Hi,
I know you are interested in christianity, and I recently started a new wiki over at wikicities which is on the subject of christianity. Christian Knowledge Base is the site.
The goal is to have a knowledgebase on christianity from a distinctly "C(hristian)POV" rather than the NPOV. It is not meant to be a mere Christian Encyclopedia, but to foster a real sense of community. I'd like to include things like current events, news, stories, and anything that would add to both an understanding of Christianity, but also its enjoyment. I'm looking for help to build a resource that could really enrich the lives of Christians.
I know you are busy but I am actively seeking new sysops/admins to help me build this site up, and I would be positively thrilled if you could contribute in any capacity whatsoever. nsandwich 05:51, 24 March 2006 (UTC)

WikiProject The Beatles Newsletter Issue 1 - May 2006
|
Welcome to the inaugural issue of The Beatles WikiProject's newsletter! We hope that this newsletter will help members—especially those who may be unable to keep up with some of the rapid developments that tend to occur—find new things to do within the project that they may wish to participate in. Please consider this inital issue to be a prototype; as always, any comments and suggestions are quite welcome. We would like to emphasise that this is a collaborative Project and all editors are equal - so next month the newsletter editor might be you! kingboyk, LessHeard vanU and Lar
The Project has got off to a great start but we really need your help to keep it going. Here's a few things you can do:
Complete Todo List:
As the project is currently just starting, our more experienced editors are working on the project infrastructure, classifying articles, and listing/assessing red links. Your assistance is welcome. If you would prefer to just edit - and why wouldn't you? - we have a choice selection of red links to turn blue and articles to clean! Now let's get busy.
If you complete one of these tasks, please remove it from the list and add your achievement to the project log. |
Want to help on next month's newsletter? Don't want to receive these in future? Don't want it subst'd next time? - It's all here

VandalProof 1.2 Now Available
[edit]After a lenghty, but much-needed Wikibreak, I'm happy to announce that version 1.2 of VandalProof is now available for download! Beyond fixing some of the most obnoxious bugs, like the persistent crash on start-up that many have experienced, version 1.2 also offers a wide variety of new features, including a stub-sorter, a global user whitelist and blacklist, navigational controls, and greater customization. You can find a full list of the new features here. While I believe this release to be a significant improvement over the last, it's nonetheless nowhere near the end of the line for VandalProof. Thanks to Rob Church, I now have an account on test.wikipedia.org with SysOp rights and have already been hard at work incorporating administrative tools into VandalProof, which I plan to make available in the near future. An example of one such SysOp tool that I'm working on incorporating is my simple history merge tool, which simplifies the process of performing history merges from one article into another. Anyway, if you haven't already, I'd encourage you to download and install version 1.2 and take it out for a test-drive. As always, your suggestions for improvement are always appreciated, and I hope that you will find this new version useful. Happy editing! --AmiDaniel (talk) 02:22, 21 May 2006 (UTC)

The matter of the article History of the Beatles and the History section of the main article The Beatles continues to concern various editors, including DavidWBrooks and Vera, Chuck & Dave. Suggestions, comments, or help with the task would be much appreciated.
The Beatles have been in the real world news recently, but work on The Beatles Project continues as before. This newsletter keeps you up-to-date with what has been happening with the project and, perhaps more importantly, what needs to be done (see the "Issue of the Month" above and the "To Do List" below-left). If you've just joined, add your name to the Participants section of Wikipedia:WikiProject The Beatles. You'll get a mention in the next issue of the Newsletter and get it delivered as desired. Also, please include your own promotions and awards in future issues. Don't be shy! Lastly, this is your newsletter and you can be involved in the creation of the next issue (Issue 003 – July 2006). All and any contributions are welcome. Just let yourself be known to any of the undersigned, or start editing!

Preparing articles for inclusion in Wikipedia 1.0.
It was a bit of a struggle to get this month's newsletter done, as we did it without a lead editor. Hopefully, next month you'll jump in and be our lead editor. Big news is that WP:1.0 is coming along nicely and our article classification system has changed to conform to it. The lead article of the Project recently lost its FA status, and now some of the other articles are being reviewed. Citations and references within articles are again the major concern. Contributors who have literature (books, magazines, links, etc.) are especially needed to provide the necessary citations. Again, the issue of the month is inline citations. A Day in the Life, A Hard Day's Night (song), and Get Back have all been defeatured, as they failed to satisfy criterion 1(c) of What is a featured article?, and other song FAs are due for the chopping block. Inline citations are an important aspect of articles—they ensure verifiability and reliability, and they remove original research. Additionally, they give readers the option to read the original source material and view it within context. Basically:
|
Wherever possible, editors should help to trim down on list-like prose within Beatles articles. They should convert list-like sections into fluent, cohesive prose which ties an article's sections together. Lists make articles disjointed, awkward, and difficult to read. Be sure to take part in the Featured Article drive, and don't forget those inline citations! If you've just joined, add your name to the Participants section of Wikipedia:WikiProject The Beatles. WikiProject The Beatles Newsletter Issue 8, December 2006

WikiProject The Beatles Newsletter
| ||
Wikipedia's standards are improving all the time, with the result that many articles in The Beatles Wikiproject are being nominated for review of their FA and GA status - and many are losing that accolade. It is difficult, with such a large number of articles and the ease with which editors may make changes which are detrimental, to maintain the standard of articles, let alone improve them. As ever, members efforts are both appreciated and needed to keep the Project on course.
|
If one is to be mercenary about the subject, it should be noted that Paul McCartney is going to be more noteworthy than usual in the near future as his divorce case comes to court. In that case it is great to note that a small group of Project Members (plus another individual who does not feel compelled to register himself despite important contributions) have worked very hard, and in an atmosphere of good humour, to take the McCartney piece to a succesful Good Article nomination. Perhaps this is the method to use for future articles, a small dedicated team concentrating on one subject at a time. Of course, all members are invited to join any existing group or even go about forming their own. Please note any such action in the Project Log. If you've just joined, add your name to the Participants section of Wikipedia:WikiProject The Beatles. You'll get a mention in the next issue of the Newsletter and get it delivered as desired. Also, please include your own promotions and awards in future issues. Don't be shy! Lastly, this is your newsletter and you can be involved in the creation of the next issue (Issue 009 – January 2007). Any and all contributions are welcome. Simply let yourself be known to any of the undersigned, or just start editing!

Unspecified source for Image:About 1930.gif
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:About 1930.gif. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. —Angr 11:43, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
Excellent clarification
[edit]Thank you very much for your excellent clarification about the naturalistic fallacy and the is/ought problem. I have not edited the article one bit; clearly the way the article is now ought to be the way it should be. ;-) - Abscissa 21:17, 1 January 2007 (UTC)

The question of capitalising of the letter "t" in The of The Beatles has been raised again. It appears that UK style references (here and here) also maintains that the letter should be in lower case. If the Project is to be appear professional then it may have to change the format. Polite discussion is invited at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject The Beatles/Policy. If possible, please provide sources/references to support your position.
It has been a fairly quiet time with regard to the Project (or at least that is how it seems). If you are reading this and wondering why your efforts in respect of a Beatles article has not been mentioned, it may be that you haven't told any editor. This is your Newsletter, which means you can contribute to it, so please do! If you've just joined, add your name to the Participants section of Wikipedia:WikiProject The Beatles. Orphaned fair use image (Image:DavidLewis.jpg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:DavidLewis.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hottest issue or concern for this month is the perennial matter of Project articles losing their Good or Featured Article status. The main Project page now includes a status board that gives the current ratings of some of the more important articles. Let's make sure the core articles (The Beatles, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr) reach or retain Good Article status, if not Featured Article. If you are aware of another major article whose status is at risk, add it to the board.
Since there has been no response in the matter of the use of lowercase for the initial letter of the when applied with Beatles from the opponents, it is likely that the case for using lowercase only will be adopted as Project policy by default. User:LessHeard vanU will draw up a recommendation and submit it to the Policy talkpage in a few days.
We are pleased to welcome the contributions of Alexcalamaro to this newsletter. Any editor can include an item of interest or news; this medium can be an excellent tool for getting a comment seen by a great number of project members. As it says below, this is your newsletter. If you've just joined, add your name to the Participants section of Wikipedia:WikiProject The Beatles. You'll get a mention in the next issue of the Newsletter and get it delivered as desired. Also, please include your own promotions and awards in future issues. Don't be shy!
Lastly, this is your newsletter and you can be involved in the creation of the next issue (Issue 011 – March 2007). Any and all contributions are welcome. Simply let yourself be known to any of the undersigned, or just start editing!

See below. There is genuine concern that the Newsletter is getting stale in terms of content and variety, and that the same individuals are featured each month. Furthermore, lack of "news" is hindering the timely distribution as the editors wait for something to report. All Project editors are encouraged to give their news, suggestions and thoughts to keep the 'Letter vital and interesting. If making direct contributions do not appeal, please give a mention on the Newsletter talkpage and it will be incorporated!
Help is needed for the job of putting future Newsletters together. The present incumbent is finding it difficult to reflect the breadth of the Project, focusing on much the same individuals and articles each month, and has decided to beg for contributions from other individuals. Interested persons need only start working on next months issue to qualify. It really is that simple! If you've just joined, add your name to the Participants section of Wikipedia:WikiProject The Beatles. You'll get a mention in the next issue of the Newsletter and get it delivered as desired. Also, please include your own promotions and awards in future issues. Don't be shy! Lastly, this is your newsletter and you can be involved in the creation of the next issue (Issue 012 – April 2007). Image tagging for Image:Jesse james1.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Jesse james1.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

Little context in Selected philosophy anniversaries
[edit]Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Selected philosophy anniversaries, by Javit, another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Selected philosophy anniversaries is very short providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Selected philosophy anniversaries, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Please note, this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Selected philosophy anniversaries itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. --Android Mouse Bot 2 16:17, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Johndryden.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Johndryden.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ShakespeareFan00 11:17, 16 June 2007 (UTC)

License tagging for Image:Sartre sig.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Sartre sig.png. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Image source problem with Image:Biola logo.png
[edit]This is an automated message from a robot. You have recently uploaded Image:Biola logo.png. The file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use.
If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 18:56, 12 September 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. If you believe you received this message in error, please notify the bot's owner. Your School Of Athens JPEG
[edit]Hi. The high-resolution version of your uploaded [School Of Athens JPEG] seems to be corrupt. Could you re-upload it? Grjako 12:44, 11 November 2007 (UTC)
- (Hope this is the right way to respond.) Only the top 591 pixels are delivered, regardless of computer, OS, browser, or location (tested in multiple offices and homes and cities). (Yes, did attempt to refresh, and force refresh.) Grjako 14:31, 12 November 2007 (UTC)
- All links to the full-resolution version download only a 523.4-KB file. Are you able to download it successfully from multiple machines and locations? Grjako 08:06, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
- Hm. Well, I believe you, of course. Might you be able to put a copy up on another web server so I can test it that way? Grjako 09:28, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

I would do it, but I have no idea how to begin. Remember 17:25, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
