The Succubus Club is a tabletop role-playing game supplement released by White Wolf Publishing in 1991 for the first edition of their game Vampire: The Masquerade.
Overview
[edit]The Succubus Club is a sourcebook for the first edition of the tabletop role-playing game Vampire: The Masquerade,[2] where players take the roles of vampires.[3]
Production
[edit]The Succubus Club was developed by Mark Rein-Hagen, the designer of Vampire: The Masquerade, and Andrew Greenberg, the Vampire: The Masquerade line developer at the time,[3][4] and was written by Greenberg together with Bill Bridges, Steve Crow, Graeme Davis, Nigel Findley, and Lisa Stevens. The book's art team consisted of Janet Aulisio-Dannheiser, Bridges, Craig Cartwright, John Cobb, David O. Miller, Antony Santo, Joshua Gabriel Timbrook, Gail van Voorhis, and Clark Mitchell, the latter of whom also created the cover art.[2]
The book was originally published by White Wolf Publishing in 1991,[2] and was reprinted in 1996 as part of volume 1 of the Chicago Chronicles line of compilation books, together with the first edition of Chicago by Night;[5] both the original and the compilation have since then also been released as ebooks.[2][6] The book was published in French by Hexagonal in February 1994,[7] and in Italian by Das Production later in the year.[8]
