It appeared on Special:RecentChanges. If a page is marked with a speedy deletion tag, please don't remove it, instead, add the {{hangon}} template to alert the administrator that you intend on working on the article. Oh, you misunderstood. I didn't remove the tag. The article looks very goofy so I tried to fix it and discuss it with the original author. I'll let that person work on it for a while but I suspect it is ripe for deletion unless there is some significant improvement and progress in making notability clear to the ordinary reader.
