The result of the move request was: No consensus seems to have emerged.. {{RMrelist}} created as a redirect — Andy W. (talk) 16:23, 24 May 2017 (UTC)
Template:Relisting → Template:RMrelist – To prevent confusion with Template:Relist, which is used on deletion discussions. Anarchyte (work | talk) 04:54, 16 May 2017 (UTC) --Relisting. TheSandDoctor (talk) 05:01, 24 May 2017 (UTC)
- Support per nom. Templates should have clear names. Pppery 22:08, 18 May 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose. People who use these templates generally know which one to use, and by changing the name you will end up causing more confusion for people accustomed to doing it a certain way. Also, if you're going to rename this one, you would need to rename the other one to AfDrelist as well, otherwise the problem remains. — Amakuru (talk) 08:59, 23 May 2017 (UTC)
- Neutral but the existing title Template:Relisting should be kept as a redirect if this move is to go through. feminist 12:27, 23 May 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose per Amakuru. The bigger issue with this template is not that people don't know which one to use, but that they put it in the wrong spot. As for the name: changing it would just cause confusion. No need to change. Also, I believe this would have an impact on the bot so I'm pinging wbm1058 to make him aware of the discussion regardless of the outcome. TonyBallioni (talk) 02:30, 24 May 2017 (UTC)
- Thanks, I'm aware of this. I haven't been aware of any recent issues with this caused by the name, and am weakly inclined to oppose simply because I don't see a compelling case made for the need to move this. wbm1058 (talk) 02:34, 24 May 2017 (UTC)
