Major changes such as the one that was just made need to be discussed before being done. Fingal

According to The Irish Times, Fingal will contest Division 2B in the 2014 Hurling League. I moved Fingal from Division 3A to 2B. Num1dgen (talk) 06:40, 28 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
