- Sorry, I do not accept the above modification, because the syntax is weaker. Compare, for example: "In the Capitol, there was a riot in which some people died", to "There was a riot in which some people died, in the Capitol". The first ends in a powerful climax, with emphasis on the last word. The second ends on a weak note, because "died" should have been put at the end, but the end is just context.
