There seems to be some confusion about which services of the Caledonian Sleeper call at Watford Junction, so here is a list and citations—archived pages from Realtimetrains. From these we can observe that the southbound working of the Highlander (Fort William, Inverness, Aberdeen to London) does not call at Watford Junction:
