Sommen[edit]

  • ... that Lake Sommen in the South Swedish highlands hosts aquatic species deemed glacial relicts associated with the ancient Baltic Ice Lake? "The biogeography of various aquatic species deemed glacial relicts that are found in Sommen is likely related to a different geography at the begginings of the lake. • ALT1:... that Lake Sommen in the South Swedish highlands is home to a subspecies of charr that evolved in isolation for thousands of years? "Lake Sommen is home to a subspecies of charr called sommen charr (Swedish: sommenröding). This subspecies originated in the distant past in connection to the deglaciation of and lake basin and the formation of various ephemeral ice-dammed lakes (Sydsvenska issjökomplexet). Subsequently the population was left isolated for thousands of years."

The lake basin was carved by Urkon with its hoofs during a burst of wrath subsequently the basin was filled with water becoming today's lake."

5x expanded by Sommakoa (talk). Self-nominated at 20:52, 30 April 2019 (UTC).

  • @Sommakoa: This article is a five-fold expansion and is new enough and long enough. I like ALT0, ALT3 and ALT4 best, and the hook facts for these are cited inline. The article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. A citation needed tag needs to be actioned, and please make sure the number of islands is the same in the text as it is in the infobox. No QPQ is needed for this new editor. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:30, 12 May 2019 (UTC)
    • Cwmhiraeth, thanmsk for the review. I fixed the island issue. What do you mean with "A citation needed tag needs to be actioned"? Sommakoa (talk) 19:37, 13 May 2019 (UTC)
Thank you. Approving ALT0, ALT3 and ALT4. @Sommakoa: There was a "citation needed" tag, but you have dealt with it. This is ready now to be promoted to the queue, which may take a few days or weeks, but there is nothing further that you need do. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 19:49, 13 May 2019 (UTC)
