Skinnar Per Andersson
[edit]... that riksdagsman Skinnar Per Andersson brought a morning star to a meeting with the county governor?

- It appears to all be in order. I will assume good faith on the reference.--十八 09:36, 7 August 2013 (UTC)
- The article doesn't seem to support the hook. Although the county governor attended, this was "a meeting of parish delegates in Leksand"; it's unclear whether the governor was also a delegate, but it doesn't seem to have been his meeting (based on what's written here). I think it's more to the point (and more interesting) that he slammed the morning star into the ceiling while the governor was speaking in favor of something Andersson opposed. - It can be taken both ways. "...with the country governor" can mean either he was simply at the meeting or that Andersson was meeting only with the governor. You could rewrite it as "...to a meeting that the county governor attended?" or "...to a meeting that had the county governor in attendance?" to make it more specific, but I personally don't see the need, and a shorter hook is better.--十八 22:18, 7 August 2013 (UTC)
- I'd say that the article text backs up the hook. However, perhaps an ALT1 would be more interesting; ... that Dalecarlian rebel leader Skinnar Per Andersson was sentenced to death by Svea Hovrätt in 1744? --Soman (talk) 01:04, 20 August 2013 (UTC)
- New reviewer needed for the ALT1 hook and to be specific about which DYK requirements have been checked. I'm still of the opinion that the original hook is problematic for the reasons stated, and have struck it; a new ALT can easily be proposed that deals with the issues raised. - of ALT1. Dates and lengths both good. As per prior consensus, the {{orphan}} tag is not a problem for DYK eligibility. Was able to access and perform online translation on two of the six sources used by the article. ALT1 confirmed and found no problems with sourcing or plagiarism in the parts of the article for which I was able to check the sources. AGF due to inaccessible sources and from limitations of online translation. --Allen3 talk 14:43, 12 September 2013 (UTC)
