Rai Simons
[edit]- ... that 17-year-old Rai Simons was the joint-top goalscorer alongside five other players at the 2013 Island Games Men's Football Tournament, with three goals?
Created by Jimbo online (talk). Self-nominated at 16:25, 3 September 2015 (UTC).
- - new and long enough, though I've tweaked the hook slightly to make it a bit more interesting. Verified by RS - just needs QPQ and then we're good to go. GiantSnowman 19:40, 3 September 2015 (UTC)
- Jimbo online, I see that it's been a long time since you nominated an article for DYK, so you may not be familiar with the QPQ (quid pro quo review) requirement, which was instituted a few years back. Basically, for anyone who has at least five previous DYKs (which you do), that person is required to review another DYK nomination if they wish to have their own nomination promoted to the main page. The review criteria are shown in brief in this editing window, and the review should address them all. See WP:DYKR for the full review guide; further information on the current DYK requirements can be found at WP:DYK, with more detailed explanations at WP:DYKSG. Thanks. - With regret, marking this nomination for closure. No QPQ was supplied, and no response at all given despite pings here and on the nominator's talk page. BlueMoonset (talk) 20:11, 12 October 2015 (UTC)
