Botik of Peter the Great

[edit]

Engraving of the boat

  • ALT1:... that Peter the Great learned to sail in his botik (pictured)?
  • ALT2:... that the Botik of Peter the Great (pictured) received a 101-gun salute?
  • Comment: You'll notice that I still have an under construction tag. I do intend to add a few more sources into the article so it is still "under construction"; however, I'm not entirely sure if I'll have time to do that. The article meets requirements now, so the tag will need to be removed if this is accepted and I haven't already done so. My QPQ will be coming soon, again I'm nominating now because I know I'll be busy for a while, so it might be a couple of days.

  • How do I add an author? I'd like to add AccedieRyan Vesey 18:38, 21 January 2013 (UTC)
  • Done. I added the name to the "Created by" text above and, more importantly, added a {{DYKmake}}. MANdARAX  XAЯAbИAM 00:15, 22 January 2013 (UTC)
  • Thank you very much. On another note, do you have an opinion of the picture I chose? There's a number of them. Ryan Vesey 00:47, 22 January 2013 (UTC)
  • New enough, long enough, interesting, AGF on Russian references. No close paraphrasing found. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 13:16, 26 January 2013 (UTC)
  • Thanks, Crisco! (And Ryan, of course, for creating the article!) Accedietalk to me 04:21, 27 January 2013 (UTC)
