  • Created 8 days ago; I don't think we should apply the Swahili rule in this case as the article is not a very big one, so there was nothing holding it back from being nominated. Crisco 1492 (talk) 07:02, 2 September 2011 (UTC)
    • I was under the impression that I could do this as long as the section was there, and I have been extremely busy lately. Between band camp, RA training, New Student Orientation, Freshman move-in, and other things, I really have not had an abundance of time on my hands. Kevin Rutherford (talk) 16:10, 2 September 2011 (UTC)
  • At the reviewer's discretion. I will not close this just yet; perhaps another reviewer will be willing to invoke the Swahili rule. Crisco 1492 (talk) 01:37, 3 September 2011 (UTC)
  • At anyone's discretion, this article is currently undergoing an AFD with issues that I can address in the next day or so. Also, what is the Swahili rule? Kevin Rutherford (talk) 05:39, 3 September 2011 (UTC)
  • It appears the name was changed. I meant the current rule D9, which is that articles older than 5 days may still be nominated, but can be refused. Crisco 1492 (talk) 08:23, 3 September 2011 (UTC)
