The main image was removed. However, the describing article explicitly states: "This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. The

Seems to have been fixed. By the way, Ferahgo the Assassin, I think you asked whether this article could be fit for GA and FA, and I think it certainly would (the intro could be expanded a bit). We talked about whether it might be a problem that it was so recently described, but Perijá tapaculo was just promoted, and the bird was only described this year.
