Ski Train > Winter Park Express transition/split?
[edit]Wondering about a) splitting original Winter Park Ski Train and Winter Park Express into separate pages or b) continuing WPE on ST page, in which case we probably should have redirects from ST to the current WPE.
(I frigging hate this cumbersome, crazy, user-hostile UI/UE - 4-tilde signature and such; we're not using vi anymore) Doug Grinbergs (talk) 01:23, 25 August 2017 (UTC)
I strongly agree! The Winter Park Express and the Ski Train are two different services! If the Auto-Train Corporation and Auto Train are two different articles (and they are basically the same route under two different operators), then so should Winter Park Express and Ski Train! I think a single article is fine at the moment. The operator has changed twice, but the route remained identical. The name change is just rebranding. Pages like Canadian (train), City of New Orleans (train), and Twilight Limited also describe routes that had multiple operators or names. Since there's not really enough content to fill two separate articles anyway, I think it's more useful to present the complete story of a train route from 1940–present. As such, I think the page title should be changed to Winter Park Express since that's the current name. QuincyMorgan (talk) 15:08, 11 November 2021 (UTC)
