Jayceon Dolinh is not a co-producer of the song "Changes"
[edit]He's not a producer on this song. The person tried to add his label and name into this Wiki in November 2009. The label was caught and removed, however the name remained on the site.
Check out the wiki for the song or the official discography in Love & War.
Disrespectful to the people who actually worked hard on this song. Credit shouldn't be given to a person who had no affiliation with it's development. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 38.103.19.18 (talk) 21:45, 8 January 2014 (UTC)

- The same song is on The Mixtape About Nothing as "The Cliche Lil Wayne Feature (It's the Remix Baby!). But I'm actually confused about that myself, was it released first as a single as "Nike Boots" before The Mixtape About Nothing? ---ImJFAT (talk) 17:54, 18 June 2008 (UTC)

- No, I think he means "Missing In Action," the original definition. It's Lady Gaga on the hook. Tom Danson (talk) 20:25, 7 July 2009 (UTC)

Wale (rapper) → Wale – He is the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC of the name/term "Wale". I am sure none of the other "Wale's" come close in significance or page view traffic. STATic message me! 03:56, 21 July 2013 (UTC)
- Support I completely agree, this page has the highest page views of this name. Koala15 (talk) 05:02, 21 July 2013 (UTC)
- Comment you haven't indicated what you're going to do with the existing page at Wale (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views). This is either an improperly nominated multimove, or an improper deletion request -- 76.65.128.222 (talk) 06:26, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
- It would have an entry at Wale (disambiguation) and be moved to Wale (ship) or something of that nature. It does not even look notable enough for its own article to me. STATic message me! 07:35, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
- Wouldn't it be Wale (nautical) ? Since it isn't a "ship", or any type of vessel, it's a part of a boat. -- 76.65.128.222 (talk) 09:14, 23 July 2013 (UTC)
- Yeah that might be better, I am still not even sure what a "Wale" is. The only time I had ever seen the word, they were talking about the rapper. STATic message me! 14:40, 23 July 2013 (UTC)

- Strongly oppose on the grounds that Wale (rapper) is unlikely to be memorable in 60 years in contrast to the long-used word. Kittybrewster ☎ 09:03, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
- Strong oppose - not more notable than everything listed on Wale (disambiguation). "Wale was" gets several thousand GB hits; does a single one refer to the rapper? In ictu oculi (talk) 09:28, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
- Did you attempt to google search it? I did turns up just the rapper for sevearl pages before mentioning anything else (aisde from dictionarys). A google news search is basicly just the rapper. Wale (rapper) has been viewed 431,312 times in the last four months, while Wale 79,036 times. And the only major rise in page views on "Wale" was the week leading up to and the day of his album release. The subject is the clear WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, I don't think you give rappers enough credit. STATic message me! 16:13, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
- No, I didn't do a general Google search and would rarely do one for any RM where there were ample printed sources. Google is a reflection of passing popular html activity. Per WP:RS and WP:RECENT we should be based in sources suitable for an encyclopedia. "rapper Wale" gets 19 print results, "the wale" gets 25,000 print results. 25,000 is more than 19, it's that simple. Remember that wikipedia has to be as accessible to a boat repairer in Sri Lanka as a rap fan in DC. The WP:PRIMARYTOPIC of "the wale" "a wale" is a wale, why is that surprising, what else would it be? In ictu oculi (talk) 04:11, 23 July 2013 (UTC)

- Support, subject to redirect for existing page, on basis current activity. WP not a crystal ball. Davidships (talk) 10:35, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose. The word has had a variety of uses for centuries, and we should not conclude from a Google search (which by its very nature is biased toward recent internet sources) that the primary usage throughout the Anglosphere is for a contemporary pop culture musician. We should make Wale a pure disambiguation page, without a primary usage specified. Kablammo (talk) 18:28, 23 July 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose. WP:PRIMARYTOPIC says "The primary topic might be a broad-concept article, as mentioned above" and "A topic is primary for a term, with respect to long-term significance, if it has substantially greater enduring notability and educational value than any other topic associated with that term." To me, that means Wale is the broad concept article, and that the status quo is correct for the disambiguation page. Shem (talk) 20:25, 23 July 2013 (UTC)
