The website for sister station WNBZ says on its "Where do your customers live?" page that WNBZ is on its heritage 1240 AM spot, as well as 106.5 FM, 105.9 FM, and 106.3 FM. Of course, WYZY is 106.3, and the other two FM frequencies are WYZY translators. This seems to indicate that the "Y106.3" format has been discontinued, replaced with the full service (talk and AC) of WNBZ. (Apparently this happened a few months ago.)
