Categories?
[edit]Should we add the article to the category Lions in art? The prose mentions lions, but I question if the connection is apparent enough. Personally, I prefer to include in as many relevant categories as possible, but I do think it would take require someone accessing the article via the Lions category to read the fine print to see why it is included. ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:22, 14 January 2015 (UTC)
- Ditto "Allegorical sculptures" category. ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:26, 14 January 2015 (UTC)
- I've added both categories, but also included a picture of one of the bronze groups to make the relevance of the categories clearer. Ham II (talk) 09:42, 15 January 2015 (UTC)
- Thank you! ---Another Believer (Talk) 15:50, 20 January 2015 (UTC)

Table for sculptures?
[edit]Thoughts on having a table (much like the public art lists) containing entries for individual sculptures such as Winged Victory, Truth, Justice etc.? Perhaps the entries already appear on one of the public art lists, so we shouldn't re-create the wheel. ---Another Believer (Talk) 15:55, 20 January 2015 (UTC)
- Support. I had thought about doing myself and had been looking for images. I think there are freely available ones for every sculpture. Would also support if it was done via a gallery with comments below each. JMiall₰ 19:45, 20 January 2015 (UTC)
- Sounds good to me! List of public art in the City of Westminster doesn't list the sculptures individually; it does for the Albert Memorial, but that was the work of multiple sculptors whereas the Victoria Memorial is all by Thomas Brock. Ham II (talk) 11:48, 22 January 2015 (UTC)
