Where should this article go?

While this article isn't the EXACT same page as the one on the Valve Developer Community wiki[1], most of it is taken from there. VMPI itself is not a standalone program, but a feature contained in the Source SDK applications vvis.exe and vrad.exe, accessible through the command line parameters provided in the article. I personally believe this article is better off staying in the Valve Developer Community site where it's more appropriate. If we had specific articles for VVIS or VRAD, I would recommend merging with one of those articles. However, neither of those articles exist. If I get a chance to expand the Source SDK page to include a small section for each application, I'll either link to this article or create an external link to the VDC page. So I'd recommend a few options for what to do with this article:

Restructure it to discuss more of what it accomplishes than how to use it
Merge with Source SDK eventually
Deletion, and any necessary reference to VMPI would be made as an external link.
