700k hits when I use "", so it is certainly a thing in English: https://www.google.com/search?q=%22Castle+Hill%22,+Budapest . I am having trouble doing a reliable google fight, the term Várhegy is also popular. Number 1 Google Book uses "Várhegy (Castle Hill)". I agree English is more descriptive, and it is common, but is it more common? Oppose As Várhegy is widely used in English-language sources. Use of Castle Hill is often interchangeable in coverage. Given we have many articles on places named Castle Hill, using Várhegy here is also natural disambiguation. AusLondonder (talk) 14:49, 7 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Evrik, please could you add some more references to the paragraph starting "At the beginning of the 18th century" as the reference at the end only covers Miklós Ybl?
