Paid actors?

A propaganda cartoon on the official WeChat account of CGTN said the "Uygur" [sic] Tribunal "has been found to be presenting paid political shows with actors for hire"(source, also published in English only here). Although this is not a WP:RS, it seems notable that a state-sponsored propaganda body should make this allegation, however I'm not sure if we're supposed to cite it directly or cite some other source that covered it. (Currently the article cites a source that said "actors" but not the "paid" part, although presumably most actors are paid.) The words "has been found" seem to imply there ought to be some other source (perhaps some other propaganda piece?) claiming to be the investigation that "found" this setup, but I've not yet been able to find it. It is not impossible that they just made this up on the spot, or that their English editor got muddled up about which words to use (their previous sentence talks about a Twitter post they wanted to amplify, so perhaps "been found" just meant 'claimed by that Twitter post'? The Chinese paragraphs do not seem to be anything like an exact translation of the English, so they don't shed much light on what the CGTN writers were trying to say. But if anyone does happen to know of a more substantial source that documents China's allegations of paid actors, this may be worth citing. 62.64.229.136 (talk) 18:48, 17 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Another state-run tabloid has a slightly more detailed allegation here. It mentions the supposedly incriminating documents being posted on September 3rd by a Twitter user called Nacar Hoshur which appears to be Nacarhoshur a protected account (I have not signed up for Twitter so I have no way to request access to check). Hoshur has supposedly objected to a supposed 43,000 pound payment to witness Wang Leizhan. 62.64.229.136 (talk) 18:58, 17 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
