@DGG:@Another Believer: This is straight down my alley of expertise. I've been collecting and researching 78rpm records such as this for... decades. This is one of the most obscure labels I've run across. Or as the case may be, not run across, as I've never seen a physical example in all these years. There's precious little available about it. There's a little blurb here and here, and what is interesting is that this *may* be the first record company to attempt a sales-through-mail as their sole distribution. This indicates that they signed Red Nichols, but I'll bet the obscure Ginger Snaps and "Teen-Agers Orchestra" would draw more collector/researcher interest. That's really all I can find on it, including some rather obscure resources I have access to. There's probably some in-depth coverage at [1], but I don't have this book. It is a reliable source. Just some thoughts. 78.26(spin me / revolutions)21:03, 10 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
78.26, Thanks. Yeah, I was going to send to AfD this morning, but then decided I didn't feel strongly about making sure this article was deleted. I was just going to let the community decide over time. If you think the label is non-notable, I'd encourage you to take to AfD. ---Another Believer(Talk)21:06, 10 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Well, I would like to see what Sutton has to say about it before I made that kind of decision. I would like to see that label scan retained, anyway, it is so scarce. The licensing should be changed to PD-Pre1978. 78.26(spin me / revolutions)21:17, 10 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
