Which John Martin?

The link to John Martin (Governor of Kansas) can't be right. On this article it says he was chairman of this committee in the 1890s, but in the biography, it says (in several places) he died in 1889. So, which John Martin is it? Slambo (Speak) 13:55, 21 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
