[edit]Fix spelling/formatting/citation errors. Example: cite 2 should be to JTWC (per article), but it's to JMA. ♬♩ Hurricanehink (talk) 02:48, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
It says were it had affected: NO LAND AREAS, but there is damage associated with this system, and some cloud and high waves reached Philippines eventurally, it also affected some islands. HurricaneSpin (talk) 02:58, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
- Source? The ship doesn't count as affecting land. Cyclonebiskit 03:06, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
- Source is satellite, Guam, Colonia, and some other islands. I'm sure about the clouds in philipines which was the bands of cloud from Dolphin.[[1]] HurricaneSpin (talk) 03:20, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
- Clouds don't count as impact. If you can provide a source about any impact, do share it so it can be added to the article, otherwise we can't add impacted areas. Cyclonebiskit 03:22, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
- Guam. Here, look at these satellite now. [[2]] —Preceding unsigned comment added by HurricaneSpin (talk • contribs) 03:26, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
- Satellites don't prove impact, it might show that the storm passed very close, but without text, we can't use it. Cyclonebiskit 03:31, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
- Check this, [[3]] click Preliminary Monthly Climate Data (CF6) and then click Guam internationnal airport then archive data and december. click view, the eleventh had higher precipitation. HurricaneSpin (talk) 03:45, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
- Well, what do you know, there was impact in Guam, nice find :) However, I can't seem to get a URL for it, it would be great if you could get one. I'll add preparations for Guam since I just found some too. Cyclonebiskit 03:54, 28 January 2009 (UTC)

Hmm...I don't know what to do. I've put the preps in so there's at least something. I guess we'll have to wait for the NCDC to post the report. Cyclonebiskit 04:27, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
