Make title and references consistent

In various pages this is called either "Treasure Island, Ontario" or "Treasure Island (Manitoulin District, Ontario)".

The page Treasure Island (disambiguation) has :

Treasure Island (Ontario), a small island on South Tea Lake, Algonquin Park, Ontario
Treasure Island (Manitoulin District, Ontario), a small island in Lake Mindemoya, Ontario, which is often cited as the largest island in a lake on an island in a lake.

Has any standard been proposed? I think the current page should be renamed "Treasure Island (Manitoulin District, Ontario)", and the first link in Treasure Island (disambiguation) should be changed to Treasure Island (Algonquin Park, Ontario). The World's Largest

Can anyone confirm that this is the world's largest island in a lake on an island in a lake? My onle ref is boingboing which is hardly a source to rely on. Also, is "the world's largest island in a lake on an island in a lake" a thing? --Sometimesthinking (talk) 21:39, 2 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
